Solid cart, remote controll…meh
The cart is well built if a bit small. It differs from previous carts I’ve owned in that the clubs ride low and the cart handle is always in the way when accessing your clubs. The cart folds quickly easily and compactly. It does stay on track on uneven ground. The front tires are small and do not handle minor obstacles well at all. The battery is light and easily removed to charge or can be charged in the cart. Wheels are poorly designed in that they are difficult to clean. It would be a lot better if the wheel base were wider, maybe three or four inches, and the handle bar was wider and longer. I have not tried the march or follow modes, there aren’t many place on my course where that would be feasible. So, I bought it to use as a remote controlled cart. It could be a really good remote controlled cart if not for the remote control itself. The remote is tiny, my thumb completely covers all four direction arrow controls. The buttons are unresponsive, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. The remote is poorly designed in that it’s easy to have it upside down since the arrow keys are centered with a button above and below them. I’ve owned (and worn out) at least six remote controlled caddys and though, this is one of the best caddys, it is the worst remote control I’ve used. Maybe the follow or marching modes will work at your course, the remote control mode is a real hassle.
