FTR Systems does NOT guarantee same day shipping. All orders are processed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays
CARRIERS
Most CaddyTrek orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the item. FTR Systems determines the best method available based on the item and customer location.
FTR Systems only ships to USA addresses excluding APO/FPO addresses, or destinations based in Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. Territories.
Estimated shipping times for FedEx Ground service is anywhere from 1–6 businesses days depending on your location in the contiguous United States. Shipping cutoff is 12:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. The map below gives estimated times for ground delivery based on location.
Note: This map indicates shipping time once the item has left our warehouse and does not include processing time. All ground shipments are NOT guaranteed in terms of delivery time. The map provided is based on UPS estimates from our shipping location.
Our Free Shipping Incentive
Orders of $500 and above are eligible for free shipping. Free shipping is not available in the following cases and will incur shipping charges:
Closeout and/or used items; and
Oversized or multiple shipments.
Additional charges are assessed to the customer in the following cases:
We do not ship to these states because there is no support in those territories.
SHIPPING TO U.S (Lower 48)
No shipping charge for units.
Tax applied to purchase for shipments to Nevada. Only shipping address matters with tax.

TRACKING
Tracking numbers are provided by email to the customer on the day the item ships. You can track a shipped item through the FedEx or USPS website using the tracking number provided by FTR Systems.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the event that an item arrives damaged during transit, call FTR Systems immediately at (702) 982-6598. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping carton. FTR Systems will advise you of the procedure needed to be followed. DO NOT return item until instructed to do so.
